Project 10

Project 10 is a 10-year strategic plan (2025-2035) for ACCI to get to its vision of being Christ centred, multicultural, family oriented, church bringing development and restoration to all.

 
Focus on:

Spiritual Growth: Enhancing worship services, Bible studies, and programs to deepen faith while creating dedicated spaces and initiatives for children and youth to grow spiritually and develop leadership skills.

Property Acquisition: Purchasing, renovating, or constructing a permanent church property with facilities tailored to children’s ministries, youth programs, and community activities.

Youth and Children’s Empowerment:

Establish mentorship programs to guide young people in their faith journey.

Offering skill-building workshops (e.g., public speaking, creative arts, and leadership training).

Creating safe, engaging spaces for children and youth to connect, learn, and thrive.

Community Engagement: Scaling local outreach programs with children and youth actively participating in service projects and community impact initiatives.

Sustainability: Building a legacy by equipping the next generation with the spiritual foundation, leadership skills, and confidence to take on key roles in the church’s mission.

By 2035, the church will have a thriving, multi-generational congregation, a permanent property, and empowered youth and children ready to lead and sustain the church’s mission for future generations.
